Where an account is suspended pending investigation, yesb22 will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours of the suspension action. Players whose accounts have been suspended pending investigation may not access the Service or withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded.

Where yesb22 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds that were deposited by the player and not acquired through bonus abuse may be returned at yesb22's discretion following a completed investigation and satisfactory identity verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
